Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. egg whites
1 1/2 c. fine cane sugar
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cake flour
Preparation

Add salt to egg whites and beat until frothy.
Add cream of tartar.
Beat until stiff.
Fold in sugar, then vanilla.
Sift in the flour slowly, continuing until all is used.
