Norwegian Strip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    6 3/4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix margarine and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add vanilla; stir in dry ingredients.
    Roll out in strips about 3-inches wide and 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut in one-inch strips.
    Sprinkle with colored sugar.
    Bake until lightly browned at 375\u00b0, about 8 to 10 minutes.
