Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. chopped onion
6 oz. can mushrooms
1 can beef bouillon
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
dash of thyme
dash of nutmeg
dash of Worcestershire
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown meat.
Remove from skillet and pour off fat.
Melt butter and oil in skillet and saute onion and mushrooms in skillet until onion is translucent.
Remove from skillet.
Add flour to skillet and brown.
Add bouillon and blend.
Stir in spices.
Return meat, onion and mushrooms to skillet and simmer all for 15 minutes.
Just before serving, blend in sour cream.
Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.
