Tomato Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes, washed and cut without peeling
    1 qt. thinly sliced onions
    1 large or 2 small celery
    4 or 6 sweet peppers, cut
    1 small hot pepper, split and seeds removed
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Amount of salt and sugar depends on flavor of tomatoes.
