Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until light and fluffy
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini (squeeze out water)
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla together.
    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add sifted ingredients to moist ingredients.
    Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips (optional).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
    Makes 2 loaves.
