Coconut Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 12 minutes.
    Add coconut and pecans.
    Beat until thick.
    Great on German Chocolate Cake or Jam Cake.
