Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. (5 1/2 c.) apples, sliced
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
Preparation
-
Peel apples and slice them thin.
Put them in a rather shallow 1-quart casserole dish and sprinkle them with water.
Put aside while you prepare the crust.
