Brassadella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter, melted and cooled
    2 large eggs, beaten
    grated zest of 1 lemon or 1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 to 2 Tbsp. milk (if needed)
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Make a well in the center.
    Pour in butter, eggs and lemon.
    Mix thoroughly, kneading well so it is smooth.
    If dough won't hold together, add some milk.
    Should be the consistency of pie dough or a cookie dough that could be rolled out.
    Should be stiff enough to hold its shape.
    Shape the dough in a circle, like a wreath.
    Place in a buttered 9-inch round cake pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Slice for serving.
    Serve as a cookie or biscuit with wine.
