Zucchini Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Beat together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
Then stir in zucchini, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, raisins, nuts and crushed pineapple.
