Winter Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. peanut oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 c. finely shredded cabbage
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. diced cooked beets
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
Preparation

Combine corn syrup, peanut oil, vinegar, dry mustard, garlic salt and pepper in a large jar.
Cover tightly and shake until thoroughly blended.
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, beets and onions. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss well. Chill before serving.
