Banana Coffee Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed ripe banana
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Stir in banana.
Add flour, soda and salt.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
