Zucchini, Squash, Eggplant, Rutabaga Or Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked and drained zucchini
    1/8 lb. butter
    1/4 lb. cream or milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Whip well drained zucchini with electric mixer.
    Add cream, butter, cracker crumbs, egg, salt and pepper; whip again.
    Pour into buttered 2-quart dish.
    Top with cheese; sprinkle on paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
