New Orleans Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
    black pepper to taste
    2 c. cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, onion, celery, bell pepper, salt, bay leaf, red pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook slowly for about 30 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated and the vegetables are very soft.
