Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
4 beaten eggs
3 c. carrots, finely grated
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Bake in 3 (8-inch) layer pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Make sure the pan is greased and floured well.
Dump out of pan after setting for 10 minutes, then ice with a Cream Cheese Icing.
