Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. fresh raw apples, cut very fine
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, cooking oil and vanilla flavoring.
Sift together the plain flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt and add to first mixture.
Add apples and chopped nuts.
Bake in tube pan at about 375\u00b0 until done. This makes a large cake which will last for quite a while.
