Sweet And Sour Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 c. applesauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. pot roast brisket
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
    parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Saute tomatoes, sauerkraut (undrained), applesauce and brown sugar in 10-inch skillet.
    Bring to boiling and reduce heat.
    Add meat; spoon mixture over meat.
    Cook and simmer for 3 hours.
    May cook in oven also.
    Gravy:
    water and cornstarch.
