Roquefort Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/8 lb. Roquefort cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    dash of cayenne
    salad dressing
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped nut meats
Preparation
    Blend cheeses; add celery, onion, cayenne and salad dressing. Chill.
    Form into small balls.
    Roll in nuts.
