Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, unpeeled and cut into cubes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, diced
    1/2 c. grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    oregano, parsley and basil to taste
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix ingredients all together.
    Grease an oblong 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour mixture into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cut into squares when cooled.
