Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. mild Cheddar
    1 large bag Doritos chips
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain off oil.
    Add onion, cooking until clear. In a separate saucepan, combine tomato sauce and cheeses.
    Bring to slow boil, stirring constantly.
    Pour chips on individual plate and scoop desired amount of meat and sauce.
