Shrimp Or Chicken Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken or shrimp
1 c. clam juice
1 1/2 c. chicken stacks
1 1/2 c. raw rice
1/2 c. peas
1 c. diced ham
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. green peppers
1 large tomato, chopped
1/4 c. green onion tops
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Melt butter in wok and add onions, garlic and peppers.
Saute. Add everything, except meat or shrimp.
Place chicken or shrimp in about 15 or 20 minutes before done.
Gradually add water; stir often.
It should be done when rice is tender.
