Seafood Phyllo Triangles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 oz. cooked shrimp or crab meat
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. minced scallions
    2 clove garlic, minced
    dash of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce
    8 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
    melted butter
Preparation
    Combine shrimp or crab meat, cream cheese, scallions, garlic, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce in bowl.
    Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
    It should be strongly flavored.
    To assemble, place a sheet of phyllo dough on work surface and brush with butter.
    Layer another sheet and repeat.
    Cut dough into 6 strips.
    Place 1 to 2 heaping teaspoons of cheese mixture onto each strip.
    Fold like a flag into a triangle shape.
    Lightly butter tops.
    Repeat until dough and filling are used up.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven 10 to 15 minutes.
