Red Onion-Topped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Romano cheese
    3/4 c. finely chopped red onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake potatoes about 1 hour or until tender. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
    Score tops crisscross fashion, being careful not to cut through skin.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
