Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    3/4 to 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 small chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. bacon bits
    1/2 c. ham, chopped (optional)
    butter to taste
    sour cream to taste
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in oven or microwave until done.
    Cut potatoes in half.
    Scoop out insides of potatoes.
    Into large bowl, combine all other ingredients, reserving 1 cup of cheese; use spoon to put filling back in potato shells.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
