Butter Rich Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk, scalded
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk and cool.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt, butter and egg.
    Stir in flour to form soft dough.
    Knead 3 to 4 minutes.
    Put into a greased bowl; cover and let rise again until double.
    Punch down, shape and let rise until double again. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
