Amaretto Mustard Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. coarse grained mustard
    2/3 c. Amaretto di Amore
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and boil gently, uncovered, until reduced to 1 cup, about 8 minutes.
    Cool.
    Brush on ham, turkey, chicken or duck during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
