Turkish Onion Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can mandarins, drained
black olives, cut in halves
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 sweet red onions, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. olive oil
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Arrange mandarin slices on lettuce leaves alternately with red onions.
Top with black olives.
Combine olive oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, pour over salad.
Serves 4.
