Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grits
    7 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. margarine or butter
    6 oz. garlic cheese
    6 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
    3 to 4 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Add grits to boiling water and salt.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
    Add butter, cheeses (cut into small cubes), eggs (slightly beaten) and milk.
    Mix until cheeses are melted. Pour or spoon into casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
