French Chantilly Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salted rice, cooked and drained
2 c. cooked, deveined shrimp
2 c. sour cream
1 c. cooked peas
1 c. mayonnaise
salt, pepper and paprika
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 lemons
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together rice, shrimp, cream, peas and mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper.
Taste and correct the seasoning.
Chill covered in refrigerator.
