Hamburger-Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large Spanish onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    6 c. cabbage, shredded
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook rice until tender.
    Lightly brown meat, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder in butter.
    Add rice to meat mixture. Spread 1/2 of the cabbage in a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with meat mixture.
    Top with remaining cabbage.
    Pour soup over the top.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
