Roasted Vinaigrette Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2/3 c. olive oil
    3 lb. small red potatoes
Preparation
    Place first two ingredients in blender.
    Pulse 3 or 4 times. Add the next 5 ingredients and process 20 seconds.
    Scrape sides if necessary.
    With blender running, pour olive oil in the opening.
    Process until well blended.
