Frukt Kake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g (1 1/4 c.) butter
    250 g (1 1/2 c.) sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    500 g (4 1/4 c.) flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda, into 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. nuts
    250 g (2 1/2 c.) raisins
    1 c. citron peel
    250 g (1 c.) lemon peel
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar. Add egg yolks one at a time.
    Beat well. Add flour sifted with baking powder alternately with buttermilk. Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter last.
    Place in 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
