2 Crust Or 10-Inch Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and oil with fork, then add cold water, mixing with fork to form ball. Using hands, mix a little before rolling out between 2 sheets of wax paper.
    Do not double recipe.
    No flour on waxed paper. Bake crust at 475\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
