Perky Tuna Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) can drained, flaked tuna
grated peel and juice of 1/2 lemon
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 to 3 tsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and chill.
Serve as a dip or topping for baked potatoes, vegetables or chips.
