Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    Drain and set aside.
    Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 1 minute.
    Stir in flour.
    Remove from heat and stir in dry mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Slowly stir in milk.
    Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and comes to a boil.
    Add cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
    Combine sauce and macaroni.
    Turn into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake about 20 minutes or until hot at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
