Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    2 onions, minced
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Heat pressure cooker; add shortening.
    Add ground beef, breaking it apart and searing it until browned.
    Add onions, garlic and diced pepper.
    Brown lightly.
    Stir in tomatoes, kidney beans, salt, cayenne pepper and chili powder.
    Place cover on pressure cooker.
    Allow steam to flow from vent pipe and cook 15 minutes at cook position.
    Let stem return to down position.
