Grandma Heath'S Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 lemon (juice and grated rind)
    2 c. thick, cooked sweetened rhubarb
    1 c. cream, whipped
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in water.
    Add sugar and lemon juice and rind. Chill to consistency of egg white.
    Fold in rhubarb and cream. When partially set, pour into baked 10-inch pie shell and chill thoroughly.
