Pineapple Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple (crushed), drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pecan chips
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

In medium size mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Chill 30 to 45 minutes. Divide mixture and shape into 2 balls.
Cover with transparent wrap.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
May be frozen.
