Frogmore Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shrimp per person
    1/4 lb. sausage per person, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 1/2 to 2 ears corn per person, cut in 2-inch cobs
    chopped celery
    chopped onion
    seafood seasonings
    salt
Preparation
    Bring large pot of water to boil (twice as much water as ingredients).
    Add 1/4 cup salt per gallon of water.
    Add seasonings, celery and onion.
    Add sausage; boil 7 minutes.
    Add corn; boil 7 minutes.
    Add shrimp; boil 4 minutes.
    Drain and serve in large bowl or tub.
    Serves a crowd.
