Ritz Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts or 1 fryer
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers
2 tsp. poppy seed (optional)
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Boil chicken until done and remove from bone.
Cut into small pieces.
Place on bottom of casserole dish.
Combine sour cream and soup; spread over chicken.
Crush crackers and mix with poppy seed.
Spread over soup mixture.
Melt butter and drizzle over top of crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
