Lima Beans And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag lima beans (dry)
    1 qt. stewed tomatoes
    link sausage
Preparation
    In 2 quarts of water, cook lima beans until beans are tender. Drain water in colander; place limas in 2-quart casserole dish. Add tomatoes and top with sausage.
    Cover and cook at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour then uncover and cook 15 minutes more to brown sausage.
    Serve.
