Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, cooked in light salt water
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 small can French fried onions
Preparation
    Cut chicken in large chunks (no skin).
    Add celery, peppers, onions, cream of mushroom soup (do not add water to soup), mayonnaise, water chestnuts and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Cook 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Vegetables will be crunchy.
    Take out of oven.
    Place French fried onions over it. Put back in oven; cook for 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    This is most delicious.
