Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope regular onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
    3/4 c. chili sauce
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine dry onion soup and water; beat in eggs with fork.
    Add meat and mix well.
    Shape mixture into meatballs.
    Combine sauerkraut, cranberry sauce, chili sauce and brown sugar.
    Pour half into bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Set remaining mixture aside.
