Aunt Sandie'S Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bacon
4 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Fry bacon.
Crumble in bottom of pie shell.
Mix eggs, cream, salt and nutmeg together.
Add Swiss cheese.
Pour over bacon bits into pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then turn oven back to 325\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
