Buffet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 chopped onion
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 stick butter
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all and bake in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
