Holiday Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 9 red potatoes
    1/2 lb. medium Cheddar cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3 or 4 dashes nutmeg
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, unpeeled, until done; let cool.
    Oil or butter a 9 X 13 casserole dish.
    Shred potatoes into dish.
    Heat Cheddar cheese, cream, milk, salt, mustard and nutmeg, being careful not to get too hot.
    Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
