Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
-
Mix and sift the dry ingredients; add the milk, then the well beaten egg, and last the melted butter.
Beat thoroughly.
Bake for 25 minutes in a shallow buttered pan in a hot oven.
