Vegetable Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions with skin, sliced in half
    10 green onions
    10 dry black mushrooms, soaked in water to soften
    2 turnips with leaves
    1 gobo with skin
Preparation
    Wash everything clean without peeling skin.
    Cut off any dirty parts.
    Place all ingredients in pot with 3 gallons of water. Boil, then quickly simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Strain with
    a clean towel.
    Cool in refrigerator.
    Enjoy.
