Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large even potatoes
1 tsp. salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley, chives, oregano and dill
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Scrub potatoes.
Cut potato into thin slices but do not cut through the bottom.
Put potatoes in a baking dish.
Fan them out. Mix spices and Parmesan cheese with melted butter.
Drizzle over potatoes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
Check for doneness.
