Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small eggplant
    4 eggs
    1 small onion
    1 block Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cube and boil eggplant.
    Grate cheese and onion.
    Add 3/4 of cheese to onion and eggs.
    Mix together with eggplant.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Add the rest of the cheese to the top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
