Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
    3/4 c sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix sauerkraut, carrots, celery, green peppers, onion and pimientos.
    In a small bowl, combine sugar and oil.
    Pour over vegetables and mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
